Ladies and Gentlemen, I hope you’ve enjoyed your experience in The Falcon Tribune so far, and welcome to the “Gaming Section.” As our main topic today, we will be talking about Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, a brilliant game coming out on 12/7/18. This game was developed by Nintendo, a Japanese Gaming Company that makes home consoles, handhelds, and many games for all of your desires. They have created many classics, such as Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and Kirby, just to name a few. Super Smash Brothers is a beloved series that has had many incarnations, such as Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS and Wii U. And now, after four excruciatingly long years, Super Smash Bros.Ultimate has arrived. With all of Nintendo’s beloved characters back from all of the previous Smash games, including some new ones, the 74 character final roster has, in the words of game designer Masahiro Sakurai, “more smash for your buck.” Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has many ways for you to play, including “Tourney Mode,” a way to play with up to 16 other people in a tournament-style arrangement, so that the roster of players gets narrowed down with every match. There is also the “Classic Smash Mode,” with a four-player option and an eight-player option. This is classic fun where you can play within a time limit to try and score the most points by eliminating other players, or you can play “Stock Mode,” where you can set a certain number of lives for each player, and only one man will come out on top. With all the possibilities in this game, there is no limit to the amount of combinations you can do. If you are a gamer, there is no getting tired of this game.
